With more than 15 years experience, Joe Walsh is an accomplished professional who brings to SquareLoop a strong background in corporate planning and operations for large companies as well as startups. Most recently, Mr. Walsh was Director of Investments at Virginia's Center for Innovative Technology (CIT) where he played key roles in the establishment and management of a seed stage investment fund. There he served as an Observer to the Board of Directors for Paxfire, 4Wave Inc., Router Solutions and Verication.
Prior to CIT, Mr. Walsh served as Vice President of Corporate Development for Outbounder, a message technology company. There he defined corporate and product strategy, established sales channels and led the product management group for an innovative multi-channel message product. Mr. Walsh also served as Director of Corporate Development for kinkos.com, where he was responsible for market expansion into corporate accounts and international roll-out.
Mr. Walsh is also a successful entrepreneur and intrapreneur. As Co-Founder of BnBFinder.com, a traveler information Web site, Mr. Walsh established the company's strategic direction, market strategy and operational framework. Prior to attending graduate school, Mr. Walsh was a Principal at American Management Systems, where he founded the image management practice for financial services and guided large organizations in implementing Internet technologies.
Mr. Walsh received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from James Madison University and his master's degree from Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
Mr. Ritchey has over 17 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with extensive experience in crisis management and financial turnaround for nursing and healthcare facilities. Charles is currently Founder and President of DeNovo Healthcare Services, a long-term care consulting company.
Previously, Mr. Ritchey was the Senior Vice President of Operations for White Oak Senior Care, Inc. in Baltimore, Maryland. In this capacity, he was responsible for crisis management needs in West Virginia.
Prior to that, Mr. Ritchey was Chief Operations Officer, Co-Founder, and Principal for Xavier Health Care Services, Inc., a long-term care management and acquisitions company. During that time, the company owned and managed up to 15 facilities, with Mr. Ritchey providing successful crisis management. Xavier was sold in 2007 to White Oak Senior Care, Inc., and Mr. Ritchey served in various Administrator roles throughout the country, including nursing homes and rehabilitation centers in Minnesota, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. He began his career in the healthcare industry as an Assistant Administrator and then Director of Finance and Admissions for Lorien Health Systems in Baltimore, Maryland.
Mr. Ritchey is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and previously in Minnesota. He is currently an investor and advisor to Max Endoscopy, a startup company in Annapolis, Maryland and a Strategic Limited Partner and Entrepreneur-in-Residence with the private equity firm, New Markets Venture Partners in College Park, Maryland. Mr. Ritchey is also an investor and advisor to Argand Energy Solutions based in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has served on the board of directors for the Health Facilities Association of Maryland, the Frostburg State University Alumni Association, and was a Political Action Committee intern for the National Restaurant Association. He graduated from Frostburg State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
Mr. Davis is the Vice President of Operations for the Emerging Technology Centers (ETC) in Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Davis' responsibilities at the ETC include planning, budgeting and administration, new client recruitment, including marketing and public relations, and direct business assistance to client companies. Prior to joining the ETC, Mr. Davis had hands-on management experience in domestic and international settings with large and small publicly-owned firms in which he had responsibilites for marketing and sales, operations, business development and an ISO 9001:2000 quality program. His business development responsibilities included both start-ups and acquisitions. He has held a variety of senior management positions with Browning-Ferris Industries and Environmental Elements Corporation.
Mr. Davis graduated from Lafayette College in 1975 with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and from the University of Maryland in 1981 with an M.B.A. degree with a concentration in Finance. He is registered Professional Engineer in the State of Maryland and serves on the Advisory Board of Johns Hopkins University's part-time Environmental Engineering Graduate Program.
Mr. McEneaney has over 18 years of senior level financial experience as an auditor, Controller, and Chief Financial Officer with high-growth companies including First Service Networks, USinternetworking, William Ryan Homes, The Ryland Group, and Ernest & Young.
